💡 Made to Order

Every product we sell is printed just for you through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato.
That means no piles of unsold stock sitting around — but it also means we can’t accept returns if you change your mind or order the wrong size or colour. So please double-check your details before confirming your order!


🧾 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Email us at reddragonsolutions@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  3. We’ll review your claim quickly and, if approved, we’ll send a free replacement as soon as possible.

We always replace faulty or damaged items — no need to send the original back unless we specifically request it.


🚫 No Change-of-Mind Returns

Because our products are custom-made, we don’t offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, order the wrong size, or decide you prefer a different design.
This helps us keep costs low and reduce waste — thanks for understanding.


📦 Lost or Returned Shipments

If your order gets lost in transit or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we’ll happily resend it — but please note that you’ll need to cover the re-shipping cost if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
If the loss was our or the carrier’s fault, we’ll replace it at no charge.
